Affiliate Agreement

Affiliate Agreement

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Precision Wellness Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and you (“Affiliate,” “you”). By submitting an affiliate application, you accept every term below. If you do not accept them, do not apply.

1. What you are agreeing to promote

Company sells research materials for qualified laboratory, academic, scientific, and institutional use only. Products are intended solely for in-vitro analytical evaluation and non-clinical laboratory research. They are not for human or animal use, and are not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, food, cosmetic, or consumer use. They are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Everything you publish about these products must be consistent with that. This is the core obligation of this Agreement and the most common reason an affiliate account is terminated.

2. Prohibited claims — zero tolerance

You may not, in any medium, at any time:

  • State or imply that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or mitigates any disease or condition;
  • Make weight-loss, fat-loss, muscle-gain, healing, recovery, longevity, anti-aging, hormonal, sexual-performance, or cosmetic claims;
  • Reference approved drug brands (including but not limited to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda) or their approved indications in connection with our products;
  • Publish dosing, administration, reconstitution, injection, cycling, or “protocol” guidance;
  • Publish before/after photos, body-composition results, lab-work results, or personal-use testimonials — yours or anyone else’s;
  • Describe personal consumption of any product, or encourage any person to consume it;
  • Represent that any product is a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic, or consumer good;
  • Claim purity, potency, sterility, or testing results beyond what appears on our own product pages and Certificates of Analysis.

Say what the material is. Never say what it does to a person.

3. Required disclosure

U.S. Federal Trade Commission rules (16 C.F.R. Part 255) require you to disclose your material connection to Company in every promotional post, video, email, or story. The disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and placed where a viewer will see it before engaging — not buried in a hashtag block, not behind a “more” link, not in a bio only. Acceptable forms include “#ad”, “Paid affiliate of Precision Wellness Peptides,” or a spoken disclosure at the start of a video.

4. Commission

  • Rate: 10% to 25% of the product subtotal on qualifying orders, based on your tier. Shipping and tax are excluded from the commission base.
  • Tiers: All affiliates start at 10%. Your rate increases to 15% after $1,000 in referred sales, 20% after $2,000, and 25% after $4,000. Referred sales means the product subtotal of qualifying orders attributed to you. Rate increases apply to orders placed after the threshold is reached and are not applied retroactively. Once earned, a tier is not reduced. Precision Wellness Co LLC may change the tier schedule on notice; changes do not reduce commission already earned.
  • Attribution: 30-day cookie, last-click. If a customer arrives through another affiliate’s link after yours, the later link earns the commission.
  • A commission is earned only when the order is paid and moves to Processing. Unpaid, on-hold, cancelled, failed, and fraudulent orders earn nothing.
  • Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission, including after payout, in which case the amount is deducted from your next payout or invoiced back to you.
  • Commission is not paid on your own purchases, purchases by your household, or purchases you place on a customer’s behalf.

5. Payment

Payouts are issued monthly, net-30 after the close of the month in which the commission was earned, subject to a $50 minimum balance. Balances below the minimum roll forward. Payment is sent to the Payment Email on your affiliate account; keeping it current is your responsibility. If your total earnings reach $600 in a calendar year, you must have a completed IRS Form W-9 on file, and we will issue a Form 1099-NEC. We may withhold payouts until the W-9 is received.

6. Prohibited promotion methods

  • Paid search bidding on “Precision Wellness Peptides,” our domain, or close variants;
  • Any use of our name in a display URL, ad domain, or social handle that implies you are us;
  • Unsolicited email, SMS, or DM blasts; any spam; purchased lists;
  • Coupon, deal, cashback, and voucher sites;
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe injection, adware, toolbars, or browser extensions;
  • Trademark bidding, typosquatting, or registering domains containing our marks;
  • Promotion on sites containing illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or drug-marketplace content;
  • Marketing to anyone under 21;
  • Promotion in any jurisdiction where sale or import of these materials is restricted;
  • Creating your own account or a second identity to earn commission on your own orders.

7. Use of our brand

You may use the product images, product names, and approved copy from our site and affiliate resources. You may not alter our logo, create composite marks, claim to be an employee, agent, distributor, or authorized reseller, or speak on Company’s behalf. You may not answer customer service, medical, legal, or regulatory questions — refer those to support@precisionwellnesspeptides.com.

8. Approval, suspension, and termination

Affiliate applications are reviewed manually and may be declined for any reason. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. On termination you must remove all affiliate links and brand assets within 5 business days.

Termination for cause — including any violation of Sections 2, 3, or 6 — voids all unpaid commissions in your account and entitles Company to recover commissions already paid on the affected traffic.

9. Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor. This Agreement creates no employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, business licensing, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its officers, and its affiliates against any claim, demand, investigation, penalty, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your promotional activity, your statements about the products, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or regulation — including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, FTC advertising rules, CAN-SPAM, and the TCPA.

11. No warranty; limitation of liability

The affiliate program is provided “as is.” Company does not warrant any level of traffic, conversion, earnings, or uninterrupted tracking. Company’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the commissions actually payable to you in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Changes

We may modify this Agreement, the commission rate, the cookie window, or the payout terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and emailed to active affiliates. Continued participation after a change is acceptance of it. Rate changes are not retroactive to commissions already earned.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Hillsborough County, Florida.
