Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. In-stock research compounds typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears.
Handling
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) research peptides are shipped at ambient temperature; they are stable in transit and should be stored per the guidance on each product page upon receipt.
Domestic shipping
We ship within the United States via tracked courier. Tracking is emailed when your label is created.
Receiving
Inspect vials on arrival. If a vial arrives broken, email support@precisionwellnessco.com within 48 hours with photos.
