Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We want every order resolved directly and quickly. This policy explains how to raise a problem with an order, what we will do about it, and what happens if a payment dispute or chargeback is filed without contacting us first.

1. Contact us before filing a dispute

If anything is wrong with your order — it hasn’t arrived, it arrived damaged, it’s the wrong item, or you were charged incorrectly — email support@precisionwellnesspeptides.com with your order number. We respond within 2 business days and will work to resolve it.

By placing an order you agree to contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before filing a payment dispute, chargeback, or bank reversal. Nearly every dispute we see is something we would have fixed the same day.

2. What we sell

Precision Wellness Peptides supplies research materials for qualified laboratory, academic, scientific, and institutional use only. Products are intended solely for in-vitro analytical evaluation and non-clinical laboratory research. They are not for human or animal use and are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Every purchaser confirms this before entering the site and again at checkout.

3. Order problems we resolve directly

Never delivered — we investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.
Damaged in transit — send photos within 7 days of delivery; we replace it.
Wrong item or wrong quantity — we ship the correct item at our cost.
Duplicate or incorrect charge — refunded once verified.

4. What is not a valid dispute

Filing a chargeback for any of the following is a misuse of the dispute process:

Changing your mind after an order ships;
Any claim based on the product’s effect on a person or animal — these materials are not for human or animal use, and no such outcome is promised, implied, or warranted;
Failure to read the research-use-only terms accepted at site entry and at checkout;
An order placed by someone with access to your payment method or household;
Refusing delivery, or providing an incorrect or undeliverable address;
Claiming non-receipt where carrier tracking shows delivery to the address you supplied.

5. Records we retain

For every order we retain, and will submit as evidence in response to a dispute: the order record and itemized invoice; the email address, billing and shipping details supplied; the timestamp of the site-entry age and research-use acknowledgement, recorded against the order together with the IP address and browser user agent used to place it; the timestamp of terms acceptance at checkout; all support correspondence; carrier tracking and delivery confirmation; and the Certificate of Analysis for the lot shipped.

6. Consequences of an invalid chargeback

Where a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, or on grounds listed in Section 4, we will contest it with the records above. In addition we may: refuse future orders and close the customer account; recover the disputed amount, associated bank or processor fees, and reasonable collection costs; and refer unrecovered balances to collections. Any affiliate account associated with the order may be terminated and unpaid commissions voided.

7. Payment methods

Card payments are subject to the dispute process of the issuing bank and card network. Bank transfer payments (including Zelle) are not reversible once sent — if there is a problem with a bank-transfer order, contact us directly, as your bank cannot recall the payment.

8. Fraudulent or unauthorized charges

If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@precisionwellnesspeptides.com. We will cancel any unshipped order, refund a confirmed unauthorized charge, and cooperate fully with your bank’s investigation. Genuine fraud is not what this policy is aimed at.
