Because these are laboratory research materials, opened or used vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact support@precisionwellnessco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Non-delivery
If tracking shows non-delivery, we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund once the claim resolves.
